let me ask you why you would you build a computer with 2 64bit AMDs with slow clocks when windows is not truly 64bit and also does not thread in a real dual chip mode? More than 96% of programs and games will not run in 64 bit mode in windows. Also Users that don't run software that requires high loads of the disk subsystem, such as data bases, server application or video editing software; will likely not feel any difference between IDE and SCSI. While the system you speak of is kickass for UNIX and Linux running server apps you would not see much improvement with windows and windows based games with SCSI hard drives and in 32bit environment.
