I had one a few days ago paid $6.90 on a local tobacco store I donโ€™t know if I had a bad one but it was bitter, it draw good with tons of smoke but I couldn't taste anything good. I am just wondering if anybody had the same problem or it was that I had a bad cigar.

The ones I've had were pleasant - not amazing, but a nice tasting cigar (I think they're $4.99 locally and I thought that was a decent price for them)

My experience with these have been mixed.
Bought a torpedo 5 pack when they first came out
Kinda strong, a bit harsh flavor wise. Smoked a couple and put the other three away a year and a half ago. Had one last month that was still pretty strong, but a bit less harsh. Kazama traded a couple to me as well. same verdict. I guess not bad with stiff drink, but I'm not going out of my way to buy any more. Almost everything else CAO makes is prefered by my taste buds.

My favorite CAO
You must have gotten a bad one.

Better yet leave that to me.

It seems that people either like these or hate these. The first one that I had was excellent, and every one that I have had since has been top notch. I have had several of each of the five sizes except the Bomba. Have two of these in the humi, but they won't be smoked for a couple of months at least.

I love them. A great smoke IMO. I can never seem to find them locally though...

Same with me. I had about 6 total. Liked them all. Good smoke, lots of flavor with a nice oily wrapper.
$5 -$7 around here.

What a coincidence. I just had my first Criollo today. Excellent cigar IMO. Perfect draw and burn. Had it resting in the humi since October.

Yesterday, I had my first Punch Rare Corojo. Also an excellent smoke.

My experience has been that the younger Criollo taste young. A couple of months rest is a must with these, and then you'll have one of the better CAO cigars they offer. I've had most of the Criollo sizes offered and have found that with these the larger the ring, with some age, the better the flavor development. IMHO one of CAO's best offerings, just make sure you let them have some well tended rest for awhile, then enjoy.
