It's official. My mailman hates me!!! LOL I got 5 packages yesterday (and none of them were from the birthday club! Oh my!) One of them was this huge box with a drawing of a guy smoking something on the side. My kids are embarassed....they think it looks like a guy smoking a joint! LOL Thom.....smokes have landed safely here in Eugene! I was looking through everything and now am using the blow dryer to try and get the drool marks to dry out! LOL. I will go through and make some takes and puts tonight....hand the box off to Crabby tomorrow....then he and I will hand off to maui Saturday up in portland as we get together!! Nice job on orgainizing it all by the way! Job well done Thom!

I will Andy...maui had mentioned "Cascade cigar?" but we aren't firmed up yet....I will give him a call today or tomorrow and get it all settled.

Dave- That's too funny. Whoa, dude, I was like, y'know, all I was, like, trying to do dude, was copy the CI cigar guy. If your kids don't like my art work, I say encourage them to create their own art on the box. I think that would be cool and fun.

well guys, let decide on the time and place. thee are 2 cascade cigar shop in town, which one is he thinking? The thing with going to a smoke shop is (even though one of them has bar kind of together) that I always feel obligate to buy more than I should and especially in this case where we will be browsing through the box and spend a good few hours or so in the shop.......
I suggest just go to a pure cigar bar where we can just chat and smoke cigar but majority always rules 🙂 so let's just decide now.

That's what I was going to ask about as well....I think your right....go with a pure cigar bar or lounge. Pick a good one ...post it and that's what we will do! We are planning on Saturday afternoon as the timing. Probably.....4-5 or so until.....the end! So Andy...post the place and we are in!

I just found the camera on my desk at work. Dang it. I wanted to put this camera in the box so everyone could take a picture with the same camera and keep it in the box. The box would come back to me and I'd develope the film, then and put them up on the Pictures forum. Drat!

There is a very good chance that I will be at the Portland herf and I could bring it down then 🙂

I agree with Yatang. I'm guessing that the box will be there, and all of us there too, bringing and smoking our own. I'd feel better about things if we were to go to a cigar friendly bar.

Thom...I was going to mention that....I didn't see a camera....Rick and I down here both digital cameras, so we will take some pictures to post.

I think I will put in a bib so that the rest of you won't get a bunch of drool on the cigars like I did.

In repsect for Thom's box rules, we will not do puts and takes there but we can bring some extra sticks to trade among the group if you like.

I also suggest that for proper identication, you guys should all wear pink color sweat shirt and carry a birght red rose in your right hand 🙂

Ok, back to the task at hand...the actually box pass!!! I will be drooling....I mean going over the smokes tonight and figure out my takes and puts. Rick (crabbylane) You ready for the hand off? Then you get to do some drooling for a couple days. (got extra bibs?) So yeah....ball is heading your way tomorrow man...get ready!!

So now I'm trying the "I can't believe you made reservations on the only weekend I was free". And give her the ol pouty puppy dog look."

You know, if I can't go to the herf here in Portland, that just means I'll have to take the 3 hour drive up to Seattle and join the boys up there! Yeah, thats it! Alright! Though, I'm still work'in on the Portland herf. LOL!!
