I've got a bunch of cigars I'd like to give to our troops.

Does anybody have an idea as to who/where I can give these to?

I'd prefer to drop them of locally (Milwaukee, WI), rather than sending, but I can send them as well.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Duuuuuuuuude!! CWFoster and I are both in the Navy and onboard ships, as we speak. You could send them to us and we could distribute to the crew accordingly. CW is on a much larger ship than I and probably has more smokers. But I could also drop them off at the Miramar Marine Corps Air Station Morale Welfare and Recreation office on my way home too. It's up to you.

In one of my former lives I was a DP1. Just a shade over 6 years in. Pulled duty on the Saipan and Mt Whittney and finished at the Annex

I don't mean to threadjack Chief, but I have another serviceman that I would like to get taken care of. I have a friend at work here, a friend that I frequently supply with cigars, whose son is two weeks into his tour in Iraq. LCPL Matthew D. Laughlin USMC, young kid, like many of you, doing a job that no-one wants. Matt grew up in Sacramento, and is an acomplished hunter, and well, what higher compliment can you pay someone's character than to say that they are stepping up and serving their country. I am proud to be associated with such a family and I want to do anything I can to send them support. So if anyone is looking for an address, I will hook you up, Matt is a great kid.

"Cigars for Sailors" is well underway!! michaelsean sent me a huge box of smokes that I am currently passing out like Halloween candy to the crew of the USS Mobile Bay. More smokers than I thought we had until I said "free cigars, just stop by the office". 1 hour into the day and almost all of them have been collected. I got about 30 left!! God bless.
