I have burned many different sticks. My wife still says "they all stink". I need to know what cigar can please the most sensitive nose.

My wife claims that the ones withg the least offensive aroma are the ones I smoke outside. She said also that the ones with the best outside aroma were Acid Blondies, but after trying them I would just as soon try to smoke an incense stick.

If you want aroma go to a pipe, with some exotic mix......all cigars smell and are offensive to wives in particular, when they are girl friends they love them! Get married and they smell like hell and "how can you smoke that thing?" becomes the new question! Charlie

The Natural by Drew Estate. Smells like walking into a tobacconist. Pipe and cigar tobacco combined. Smells better than it tastes.

The people at our local club bitch about the smell so sometimes I take a vanilla flavored one and they don't say anything about that.

I've gotten a few compliments from women with the CAO Extremes.Whats funny about what Charlie said is like 4 of my Live in Girlfreinds/Freinds really like the smell of my cigars,my G/F on the other hand dosen't really care for them but I've worn her down and she no longer complains.Hehehe

I was laid off for almost 4 months through the summer. I was up late most nights outside in the garage with my cigars. Every night and old woman would walk by with her dogs and say "Hi". The day I accepted a position, I was out that late night with an Opus X. This time she stopped and told me that is one damn good smelling cigar! Sorry it couldn't be anything cheaper.

Tamborils smell great. I was working outside in my yard burning leaves, so I decided to use the remaining Tamborils/Fore/Hamiltons that I had purchased during previous lapses in sanity. I used them to start the fire and boy did it smell good! Maybe it was the satisfaction of knowing that I was putting the past behind me and starting fresh. Or maybe it was the way they seemed to scream like the Taliban fleeing Kabul. Either way, I loved the aroma and highly recommend this exorcism to all.

I think the La Aurora Esplendido. I dissected one with my 'frog kit' and I think they roll small pieces of incense in with the tobacco. I'm serious. Also you can spray men's aftershave on cigars and impress your neighbors. If you want the opposite effect, try burning some horse's hair with your cigar to drive away your enemies. Just glue the hair on the outside of the wrapper. This is like chemical warfare.

A few years back I smoked quite a few Avo's, and the garage smelled so good I wanted to sleep out there!

Personally I think the Ashton VSG is the best smelling cigar. Even unlit it had a great scent.

I think MOST cigars smell better when before you light them up and while I love cigars, I do not think any of them smell too damn good while smoking! Haven't we all fired a band or two? Most embarrasing moment....putting the lit end in your mouth during a discussion or heated argument! How do you gracefully recover that moment of disgrace and pain? Charlie

I have found that some of the best cigars have a smell before being lit that is like my dog when she needs a bath. This test has worked very well for me.
