Did I buy into the hype or is there some truth to the rumor? I bought a five pack a few months ago just cause they were so cheap. Turns out that theyre pretty tasty to me anyway or maybe im falling into their advertising scheme. So Im just wondering if anyone knows the truth to the rumor about them can they email me at

i don't know what the difference is between the reds and the blues, but a pack of reds i had was absolutely WONDERFUL. i had a machine-made isom partage after having a red takoma (about 3 hours later), and honestly they tasted a LOT alike. i was considerably amazed. but one after another, all five were excellent smokes.

now, that said, i bid on these and ended up getting a couple of blue packs -- not good. not good at ALL.

i don't know if the difference was the reds having some age on them or what, but they were outstanding while the smokes from the blue box were pretty crappy.

make of it what you will.
