I've tried several cigars from Nick's Cigars. I have a full box of CAO eXtreme toros, a few CAO eXtreme robustos, several Perdomo 2s, and some La Traditions. Every single one that I have tried has burned uneven. This is insane! Is this a trend throughout his line or I am just having some incredible luck?

I've had a few (Rhombus) that have burned uneven, though with a little correction, they were ok. Mine go out frequently though.

I expect high maintenance on Perdomo products. As I read a while back, that's what your torch is for. Somehow the taste keeps me lighting them.

If you didn't huff & puff like the big bad wolf, they won't run on ya!!! sit back and enjoy the great sticks that Nick makes.

Good observation. I actually wrote up on the burn issue a while back, check the archive. Reason is these cigars are stored very wet. Let them settle in at 67% for a month or two prior to smoking. Seemed to help the problem for me.

Send them all to me and I'll do a thorough study and let you know what happened! John

I've rarely had that problem with Perdomo products ... although I can't say it's never happened. I found that the times it did, I was just puffing on them too frequently ...
