Had a beautiful afternoon a few days ago. Sat outside and enjoyed a Trappist ale with a slice of orange in it and a CAO cammy. This was an outstanding combo. I highly recommend it to anyone that likes either of those.

I have to agree. While you can enjoy both for breakfast, they should never be combined.

I think that CAO maddie would go good with just about anything...

What kind of trappist beer was it? Living in Belgium we have 5 of the 6 trappist breweries in the world, and I have sampled them all (too much!)I think they're all great, but my favorite is from a small monastery called Westvleteren.

I was highly suspicious when I first heard of orange or lemon in the Belgian Ales. I tend to like stouts, IPA's and stronger Ales. All I can say is try it on a warm day. The ale was Chimay (?)

Hmmmm. I've had lemons, and limes in my beer, but never oranges. This sounds interesting.

I love IPAs and I really love Blue Moon, even if it makes my wife upset all night long and into the next day. Blue Moon tends to get the gases flowing and exiting the system. 🙂

One thing that I learned from my years of working at Coors is that Citrus Zima makes a great mixer! Throw a shot of vodka in there and make it really kick.
