I just tried a VS Serie 55 Maduro. I thought it started out a little bland but worked out to be a pretty good smoke. I don't think it was worth the money though, I like the P2 maduro a lot better and it's a lot less money. What does anyone else think of these ? I was going to try the Serie 55 SG, are these any better?

Looking for opinions.

Thanks

Scott

i recommend a victor sinclair bohemian sampler. you get one each of the Series 55 and one each of the 3 bohemians

which are good and then you get 4 Sinclair's Revolutions and all of those are good. you're right the 55's are a little pricey but well worth it. i've seen them on other websites for 150-200/ box and even bid on a 5 pack of the green label ones here and enjoy them with bourban in the evening.

I've never liked the Bohemian cigars with the black wrapper, the 55 was not much better than the regular. Basically a fat Fidalgo Negro. I haven't tried my corojo yet, and you'll have to ask johnfs about the sungrown, that went his way. I wish they did a serie55 of the white label Brazilian maduro instead of that licorice-y oscuro.

I don't care for Bohemian cigars or the Serie 55.

Much better deals to be had.

the bohemians are definatly an aquired taste. but hell after a few shots of bourbon everything tastes great.
