Anyone know of any Cigar Fest type parties going on in the Northeast?

isn't PA considered the Northeast? 😉

I don't know of any event LIKE CigarFest anywhere, but I've heard it told that an event is held on the USS Intrepid every year and many a "Village Idiot" is known to attend...

Yes, the Intrepid event is coming up soon, and I believe there's something in the Marriott Marquis in NYC at the end of May, but I'm not sure.
