So the Long man and I blast out of M.B. @ approx. 10:30 headed for Marla's. It should be a 1 hour 20 mintue drive tops. I burned a PSD4 in the car (not sure what the Longman had I was watching the road). So Almost 2 1/2 hours later we arrive, even though the Nija Motorcycles and the thing in the road delayed us, we are in good spirtits. Now keep in mind Long man and I are figureing to leave about 5pm so we can catch the Laker game at home.
Walk in big hug from Marla, stern look and a hello from hubby Mike. Food EVERYWHERE.
Soon joined by drnos and Mac and Mikes bro David.
The 7 of us yap about everything under the sun and smoke a few, Long man shows us his porn movie "Sandwhich" Homebrew your right he is OUR porn dude. We have a small box pass going sit around talk and smoke a couple, there is a chess game going on (Long man twitching because he wants to play but trying to stay out of the game) and before we know it it's 6pm.
We have been eating snacks all day, Marla bought a TON of food and stuff caled lumpa? (MAC help me out here, his wife made it GREAT stuff) really are not very hungry. So of corse Mike has fired up the BBQ and is cooking Filet Migon. I really don't like meat very much. I want to be a good guest so I eat about 4 large piece's. Wonderful flavor.
Long man and I finally leave at 7:12, Laker game starts at 7:30 Crap!!! Traffice is Non existent, Get the 1st Qtr on the radio, Walk in my house with about 8 minutes to go in 2nd qtr. Watch the Lakers get to half time with a tie. Long man takes off and I walk him to the door.
There on the front pourch is a month late B-Day Clud 2 bomb from cigar newbi in Hawaii!!!!!! Mail box is trashed I fugure " 4 little people" playing, what else is new.
I go watch the Lakers win, then I go upstairs to open the package. Now I know why the mail box needs to be fixed!!
