I recently tried 2 new ones (new to me) that I'm happy with. La Rosa Especial Mi Favorita and Belinda Black Epicure.

The LREMF is a rich black stogie ala Partagas Black. If it had nuts you would think it was a cylindrical double-fudge brownie. Lots of smoke and they burn well with no constuction issues.

Belinda has been around for a long time but these are the 1st of them I've smoked. The BBE is individually cedar wrapped and after removing the cedar I thought it appeared similar to many ISOMs in constuction. Once again, lots of smoke, burned well and a big taste.

If you like them full bodied you might enjoy these.

By the sound of it I sure would enjoy em. Especially since they have the THL, aka "Full Smokin Mad Man", seal of approval.

Tony,

I sent you a couple Belinda Blacks in the trade we did way back. The only difference was the vitola (Exquisito 6x50).

I also agree, these are both a couple of nice (and nicely priced) cigars:)

I'm sorry for my unfortunate choice of similes. It just occurred to me that a "cylindrical double-fudge brownie", with or without nuts, might not be that appetizing.

Not that there's anything wrong with that..... 🙂
