Its been over a month and I still have not recieved the humidor I bid on! Warning, you may want to reconsider bidding on humidors unless you have a lot of time to wait for one. They claim it's on a slow boat from china! I think the boat sank!

Won a Treasure dome some time ago. Got it in a timely manner. E-mail Trish, don't whine about it here... to us loyal, devoted customers.

*pssst, Trish* Next shipment throw in that fiver of VSG's. 😉

What MACS said above.

I'm sure Customer Service will work with you, but your whining won't even get any cheese here.

Relax and smoke one!

Why are you guys coming down so hard on someone bringing up a concern? It seems out of place for what should be an open and accepting board.

It probably would have sufficed simply to let him know that customer service at CBid is top notch and they would take care of him.

Oops! I didn't check the other post that was listed, I thought he was referring to someone else who had an issue. I didn't realize it was the same guy starting two threads.

Have at him, boys!!!

In my job I deal with customs from both China and Taiwan everyday ... and with the new security measures in place, that is just the way it is in the times we now live in.

It is very difficult to get the big companies to understand that sometimes their product can sit in customs for up to four weeks, when their production lines are waiting for parts that go into their builds.

It must be even harder for the simple 'joe' to understand why one little 'something' he has ordered is taking so long ...

... but there is not much anyone can do to force customs to clear their shipments until they are ready to do so ...

Amen Slimboli. I do Customs Brokerage, and since 9/11 things have tightened up and are continuing to get tighter. I'm going to a Customs meeting tomorrow to advise us of new requirements.

and I would rather have customs tighter than the boss at raise time than have something slip through that could do a lot of damage. And I'm not talking about habanos.
