Yes we were, about 9 months after he came to office while most of his appointments were still log jammed in the Senate. He inherited a mess and finally took the fight to the bad guys instead of WAITING for them here.

Aside from Afganistan, what terrorists are we waging war against? We should've focused on the Al Quada issues first, and, if needed, Iraq second. Last I heared, ol' Osama is still shakin' his willy at us from a cave in Afganistan!
