The Expresso Pirate retails in the neighborhood of $20-$22 here in Atlanta area and this BOTL lives in a small town near Augusta. I expect he doesn't have a nearby local to get this cigar, thus he can have them delivered to his door by Cbid. It is one of the few cigars that might actually be worth that kind of jack.

I guess what I'm saying is "I understand".
