I'm no fan of the french either but most of the unruly fans today were from Germany and supporting their rider Ulrich. How spitting on Lance show support for their rider is unknown to me.

He had a great ride today, just kicked some major butt. Did you see the interview after? I am sure he wanted to say that some of the people were TRYING to get in his way!! He is a machine!!!!! His resting heart rate is some horrific number like 30bpm and when he is climbing it is in the 200bpm+ range. I will have to double check my info, but I remember the numbers being crazy. Absolutely amazing!
