I believe Mark just made some patently offensive, and unnecessary remark involving Brians mother, and Brian is upset because 'hey, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!'. Nobody here from England, but Mark lived in Mongolia for a few years (and amazingly enough, has never been a New York cab driver).
