I have tried a few different cigar brands rolled by Nick Perdomo and they have all been great. I enjoy the La Tradition and the CAO Cameroon. Any other opinions on any of his cigars? Estate Selection?

Excellent cigars that are overpriced at retail. The La Tradicion line are among my favorite smokes when I can get them around $4.00 each.

estates are great smokes. strong and peppery but overpriced. i too agree that the best cigar from this factory in the La tradicion reserve maduro "X".

Nicks cigars are all good that i have tried so far, if not a little over priced, CAO anniv., either Maduro or Cameroon, excellent Possibly my Fav, La Tradicion Rosado's are great, Even the Genuine Counterfiets are great.

CAO cameroon is one of my absolute favorites, particularly the toro and churchill sizes. Perdomo Reserve in rosado or maduro is also excellent, with a full body/flavor. No. 4 and X are my favorite sizes. The Estates are an expensive treat.

I used to like these until I smoked about 90 of them. I am burned out on them, EXCEPT for their fresh rolled cigars, which you an only get by going to one of their special events. The fresh rolled are incredible.
Unlike any other cigar I have ever had.

I like most of them, although I am not as impressed with The Cigar or the Cuban Parejo as with the Estate Collection , La Tradition, or even Dos Rios. I do not care for the Cuban Bullett, but I am aging the last one I have for another try.

I had a La Tradicion #4 and it was the most tasteless and unimpressive smoke I have ever tried. I was shocked because all I ever had heard about these things was how good they were. I guess you can't judge a smoke by one bad experience, but I don't think that I could stand to smoke another and have it be like the first one.

IMHO - Perdomo Estate Seleccion Imperio's are a very smooth and creamy smoke - just don't be smoking them with other cigars lit up around you - takes away from the aroma in a not so nice way ...Perdomo Reserve X Rosado are my favorites of the Perdomo's - and at half the price of the Estate's... The Cigar by Perdomo Robusto - well - was a little dry when I smoked one - VERY POTENT with a crude ash - interesting flavor - but had to be careful not to smoke it too quick due to getting a bitter taste when it got hot ('prolly due to being a little dry) - I put the rest in the Avallo humidor and will let them sit for about a month and try another one...Sportsman's Reserve by Nick Perdomo Torpedo Grande - well ... basically an imported cross-breed of an Acid and possibly Drew ?- heavy on the earthy taste - burned well - will burn a little if you inhale too much... really compliments the flavor of Walker Red Label scotch - ... all in all - dollar for dollar - I'd pick the Sportsman's Reserve Torpedo Grande for the most unique flavor of the bunch - I got 2 bundles here for $34 each - and - maybe just being partial - but it seemed like the second one was better after being in the humidor for a few days ... anyway - I've got some of all and 2 bundles of the Sportsman's Reserve - willing to trade some for some cigars I haven't tried or have none of at present ... e-mail me at [email protected] and I'll send you a list of what I've got if you want - pick a few here and there and make an offer if you want to trade for some I don't have ?
