You really need to drive a 2000 & up. I have no idea on his shoe size, but I know this his shoes are special made. He can't drive a stick because of the pedal spacing but the auto is fine.

Ha! I already put myself in harm's way as it is...V-8 Mustang, big motorcycle, biggest V-8 offered in the F-150 the year we bought. I learned the hard way a few years ago that radar detectors really do differ greatly depending on what you spend on them...then the damned cops around here went and got that "instant-on" which isn't quite instant...but keeps my reflexes sharp. That and the damned deer.

I just test drove a c6 that had a radar jammer in it. I have no clue if it worked, but it was supposed to give you up to 10 seconds to slow down.

Had a jammer. Junk. Follow the info. online about it, and the engineers seem to agree that while it's possible, it's either illegal or infeasible (cost, IIRC). I've seen testing on the jammers after one did me no good (I saw the cop before either the detector ever did), and those offered online appear to be a waste of $. Last I checked, anyway, which was 2-3 years ago, IIRC.
