To be exact you can get Camacho Liberty 2003's from CI and two with S+H go for $37.00. They are limited too. The lastest rate on Grukha Class Regent Toro is $39.50 with S+H. See here,

http://www.cigarbid.com/auction/lot.cfm?lotID=212108

So roughly the Camacho's are worth 9 GCRT. As a side note I've seen one Camacho Liberty 2003 go for $37.00 for one not including S+H on C-bid when CI was out. I got mine from another internet source. At any rate it is what it is get back to me please.

let me get this straight...........
you are using ci's price with s&h to determine the value of your camachos, and then using the latest lot from c-bid and what it went for to determine the value of what you want-10 gurkha regents.............

hmmmmmmmmmm.................

I used CI as a reference because it is the cheapest on the market. I paid $17.00 each for mine. The 2003 are rare, as they all are, and Cigar Bid does not sell them often. The Camacho Liberty 2003 may not always go for $37.00 on C-Bid, prices vary. That happend in July/August when they were no where to be found. OK they found some and they will be gone too, eventually they will all be gone and worth a lot more than $16.00 a piece. If you rather make a trade than dropping the bones it's a good opportunity.

I know the value of these cigars now and after they're gone. CI can't sell them for more than retail, but Cigar Bid can sell them at whatever people are willing to pay. I think I have a decent trade.

Rod,

I didn't see an e-mail, but in hindsight, I'm going to balk on this one. Happy trading in any case.

I'll go two for one with you. 4 Regent Toro's for 2 Liberty's.

Just FYI the box price on the 20 Gurkha Regents are 160 = $8/stick. BTW my regents are from 2003.

Thanks for the offer Goody, I think I'm going to hold on to the these. It doesn't seem like my trade is good. I hear you on the box price, these are some expensive cigars and I wouldn't want to make a bad trade with anyone. Though I should probably keep it a secret, you can get a bundle of 10 for as low as $28.00 here. (Like that's a secret right) Anyways I love this cigar, I'll just picke them up while there here.

By the way there is a new Gurkha out there that is flying ,ow on the radar. It is the same as the regent exept the filler tobacco is 18 years age. If you do an engine search on the Gurkha Black Diamond it will show up. $240.00 a box for Robusto's I believe and $14.00 bucks a piece and then the list goes on for for toro's and churchills. Check it out if oyu can.

Thanks,

No problem.

A little something to keep in mind...when listing for trade especially when listing values, it's best to compare apples to apples when possible, i.e. CI prices to CI prices.

I myself like to use Perelmans Pocket Cyclopedias of Cigars, and value the smokes at the lowest price I can find...usually CI. I don't consider CB as a source for valuation because we all know that you can get good stogies for a steal on here. Just my $.02.

Them Regents are dang good smokes too!
