I was reading some of your other posts and you're right you are a beginner!!!! Also, I'm sending you back your pif cigars since I don't want the funk of the junk that you sent infecting the rest of my stash!!!If you read the rules you would know that you send premium smokes, not rockets that even seasoned smokers wouldn't recognize. If you want to send some decent stuff like your supposed to, then cool, if not then I'll chalk it up to your inexperience!!! Until then, get some decent cigars before you trade!!! Also for another buck you could have avoided me waiting 8 days to get your pif!!!

What did he send?

This was my first PIF and I wasn't too sure either.
I beleive I sent 7 cigars: 2 LGC's a maduro and nat., a Gispert, a top of the line Tony B, a V centennial,...I think a Trilogy and maybe one or 2 more. ? good or just OK?

geez, man thats not pulling any punches is it?
i think before anyone does a pif or pib the rules should have been read and understood.
also to help matters out a quick email to the person on the other end of the pif can be beneficial. just a quick note to ask what they like or this is what i want to send. just my thoughts on this matter.

The way I approach it is to send others what I'd like to recieve myself. As a newbie, I felt that I needed to give a little extra to make myself worthy but hey, thats just me. CAO, Padron, AF. The point of the PIF is for all of us to share the good stuff so we don't have to break the bank in trying them all and it also gives us an opportunity to find out what we like. Its no fun sending out $40-50 in smokes and recieving $10 back. Just my 2 cents.

thats very true frank, in a recent trade i did with a botl from here, i was not sure i sent enough to cover my end and said i would make good if he felt the same way. he responded that he was not taken care of well enough and after looking at the swap i agreed. so i was more than happy to send him some more. its the good people here that we trade with that make this an awesome community to belong to.

PHLEGMCOOKIE, that is the wrong way to go about this.
You should not bring down a newbie in this fashion. Why not send him an email and help him learn the way, instead of bashing him for something he probably did not due intentionally.

Gotta go with *ferg* on this one, those are the kinda things you handle offline, then if amends are not made, feel free to bash. Maybe you have already done this, I dunno, hard to tell from the post. Now I'm a little scared to send you stuff.

Hmmm, I should be receiving some of Ricks cigars today from a PIB, hopefully I'm not in a similar situation. This definately is an offline issue and is easily corrected if Rick wants too.

As far as the shipping, I sent the package to you the same way I have sent to everyone else that I have shipped to. No one else has had a problem with the shipping or had it take a long time. I'm sorry it did not get to you promptly, but I do not have control over how quickly the usps ships. I was told 2 to 3 days at the post office and that is what I expected.

KNOF please let me know when you get my PIB and if I need to make changes to it, as you have expressed concern here.

PHLEGMCOOKIE was wrong to post what he did, and should of done it by e-mail. If I think back, he too is somewhat of a newbie, so maybe he can learn from this as well.
