Apparently Rahm wants to leave all the D.C. intrigue and political backstabbing behind, and be mayor of Chicago where everything is run clean and by the book.

I'd LOVE to say that Rahm is a rat leaving a sinking ship. However, it is pretty common for White House staff to call it quits after a year or two.
