An article about the Tea Party that I think you may enjoy. Everyone else, please post some stupid vitriol but make sure you DON'T read it before you do. Also please post about how I was not going to post in the Political thread and maybe give me some Clinton Death list.

Then, later in the article he equates a government employee with a welfare recipient.

The fact that you posted this link poses the assumption that you agree with the author and therefore with his backwards logic.

are you against medicare?

name one program the government is involved in that is more
socialist then medicare?

previously miller from alaska had said we need states rights
returned to the states, but there should be a federal ban on
abortion and gay marriages.

angle, nevada, spoke at a church meeting and said we need to
mend our wicked ways we need to eliminate government health
care. both she and her husband have governemnt health care.

i have heard 7 tea party candidates asked, what would you cut
from the budget and not one of them had anything to say except
cut waste and fraud.

these are the new politicians loved and adored by the dumb
asses on this board, probably because they represent the same
lack of knowledge they also love and adore.

U.S. ranked 30th out of 31 countries in overall infant mortality
rates,
25th in literacy
18th in math skills

the fact that you all get all your information from the same place, gives you the advantage of everyone of you thinking alike. someone posts a discredited BS list of deaths, attributed to clinton, with others all agreeing, and the fact that instead of answering questions you all pretty much launch personal attacks, shows few of you rabid neocons or tea party idiots have anything sensible to say.

but you don't own the board.

if you don't like what liberals, progressives have to say, refute it or shut up. shove a tampon up your whatever,
does not do it for most people who can make change without using their fingers.

in my second year of college, 1n 1952, i was fortunate to have
had a brilliant english teacher, when i wrote my synopsis on
hamlet, he said i had to give you a minus sign after your grade.
he said i understood what shakespeare was saying but
unfortunately my spelling was poor and my punctuation wasn't
up to par. and since he had to grade according to academic
standards, he had to incorporate those into my overall grade. i
understood what he was saying and was completelyu satisfied.

my hand writing is all but illegible, but you can't see it. it's more
like shorthand, a little squibble here and a little suibble tere and
i remember what i was think when i squibbled.

i have managed to get through life sucessfully with many more
failings of the norm, and i accept your criticisms almost as they
are intended, a drop of sarcasm, but tastefully done, and withut
rancor, and without insulting me or calling me **** or senile or
jonboy's favorite short. i wonder of john laughs and points at
fat people when he walks by them.

i went back and edited slightly. if not post a minus sign

as the boat pulls out of the harbor, i will be looking foir the
fireworks that prove me innocent of throwing the race and i will
give your regards to broadway.

the article follows lawrence o'donnell's interview with 4
leaders of differtne tea party groups. the only thing thay
all seem to have in common is the fact that their world
has changed. they just don't understand that when bush
stole the first election y way of florida and the second
election by way of ohio, the country changed. no mater
what they can read, tells them that we were no longer
covered by the rule of law, it all changed

we started an illegal war because the administration
forged intel and having gotten away with that. it wasn't a
big jump to torture, and every violation of international
law until we were deprived of habeas corpus which had
existed since the 13th century, because of a maniacal
group of despots no different then any tyrant in history,
and a stupid figure head who's father manipulated him
into a position of supreme authority.

when the supreme court allowed corporations to legally
buy elections without even the pretense of disclosing
who put up the money and when the koch brohers
started the tea party as a "grass roots party," they gave
every mental case with any freaky idea about what
he/she wanted, carte blanche to speak out, primerely
racist invectives and christian ideology.

it was like regean opening the mental institutions and
beginning the scourge of homelessness in the country.
people totally incapable of caring for them selves on the
streets and didn't turn out like chance gardner. they live
under subway stations, and under card board boxes and
rarely does anyone see them.

i have a few old books somewhere with pictures of the
"working class" and the wealthy class. children forced
to work long shifts to feed their family's while the
wealthy had too much to eat.

what does a family do now who have not had any
income for a year or two because a small group stole
their money. how do you eat.

the country is ready for revolution, but against the
wrong people and for the wrong reasons. if obama were
white, he would be given more time, but he is not one of
"us," he is one of them.

i don't see any real hope, unless we get real lucky, but
when people like bachman have a public voice, there is
little that can be done.

after almost a century, the country has some rules
against the medical insurance companies, which is a
decent start. a little reading about who owns them and
how they got started and rich, would be a help in
understanding how they got away with everything.

we have some rules for the financial markets, a start,

and as far as socialism, medicare is a shining example
of what can be done by a central government better for
people then any profit making institution.

thanks for the article, and now i must duck and cover,
after sealing my house with duct tape. it comes in so
many colors now, my home will be beautiful.
