Entree: Standing rib roast.

Side: Something I call Cajun dirty rice. (hot sausage, rice, sauted vegis as a casserole)

Side: A southern style succotash (corn, limas, tomatoes)

Bread: French (duh!)

Basically meat with a side of meat and a vegi thrown in for color.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale plus homebrew

^ I used to wait untill my inlaws fell asleep, then I took their gold fillings....

Dirty rice sounds good HD.

And I gotta start brewing again. Been tempted to make still as well, my understanding is in my state it is allowed in small ammounts. Grandpa used to make brandy, I'd love to try to make something.
