Just saw the UK and France are putting together plans to help the no fly in Libya.

The US hasn't proposed anything. The US is "keeping its options open". Russia has already said that Libyans need to solve their problem.

France and the UK are preparing a UN resolution that will not pass or be vetoed. The catered dinners will be fantastic.
