I like an aged New york strip steak grilled medium rare and served on a 650 degree plate so that I can get a third degree burn if I touch it (the plate) too long.

All this talk of 15 ct humidors made me want Lumpia. Can somebody send me some frozen Lumpia, packed in a 15ct humidor with dry ice. I'll fry them myself.

i used to water ski on one ski, but not without a boat.

Fillet is $4.99 a pound right now at my place. That's the beauty of living in a tourist area during the "off season". The grocery stores go to war on meat. It was $3.99 a pound last year, but with animal feed being diverted to gasoline tanks, it costs more now, even on sale.

We put a sear on each side in a cast iron skillet, then finish it in the oven to rare for me and medium rare for the wife.

Haven't eaten out since last December. Nowhere. Not even fast food. 🤐

We do a helluva lot more dishes, but the bank account sure looks good.
