If I read these controls correctly, it's quite sinple.

All you need to do is provide proper funding in the first place, then when the control is mobilized, start by warming it up for several minutes. The chassis may need to be lubricated on a newer model. Turn the two boobamagiggers slowly and softly once it's warmed. Proceed next to the clitoristat and wiggle it gently at first. If it doesn't respond then giggle it a little harder. If the machine sparks- this is normal.
