It doesn't surprise me that Rick feels this way in one iota. He's surrendered a long time ago. If you can't join the chorus then at least sing really really loud to make sure you're heard, right? The dumbing down that was accurately foretold in "Idiocracy" is here. Right in front of our eyes. People now watch Dancing With The Stars and then the PMSNBC to watch their filtered news. There was a thread about where people got their news about a week, maybe 2 weeks ago. Insightful. When I had DirecTV I would watch BBC news. I found it enjoyable that they would devote 15-20 minutes to a story instead of the snippet 1-3 minutes and then the obligatory "...and Chuck back to you for today's Sports...".

As we spiral downwards the exit signs become blurred. You can get off the "road" if you want. It takes Action not words. It means YOU have to DO something. As the toilet bowl spirals to finish the flush sequence I only hope that the real turds get flushed down the drain.

I do not criticize people for becoming enthralled by their political commentary entertainer choice. The world needs tools, too! Meanwhile, trust "us" to take care of everything.

He used to call everyone bitches, but Ryan Seacrest would always think he was calling him by name.
