The "Principle of Proportionality" under the "Law of War" that Marines are trained under basically states that "Marines destroy no more than the mission requires". I knew that report was false because real Marines would not gang beat up somebody. It is still fun to read, but not wholly representitive of what the Marine Corps stands for.
