....WASHINGTON (Reuters) - An appeals court ruled on Friday that President Barack Obama's healthcare law requiring Americans to buy healthcare insurance or face a penalty was unconstitutional, a blow to the White House.

The Appeals Court for the 11th Circuit, based in Atlanta, found that Congress exceeded its authority by requiring Americans to buy coverage, but also ruled that the rest of the wide-ranging law could remain in effect.

The legality of the so-called individual mandate, a cornerstone of the healthcare law, is widely expected to be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court. The Obama administration has defended the provision as constitutional.

If the SCOTUS rules in able of the Kenyan I hope the next POTUS requires everyone to buy bibles to freak out the commies.

They should have just went for Medicare for everyone and jacked up the payroll deduction instead of doing this 1800 page giveaway to insurance and drug companies with 3 card monty money.

IF they rule with the Kenyan King then the Constitution is toilet paper.

Nobody can dissent on the vote and opinions from all MUST be heard!

That means even the "quiet" Justice Thomas must come to the table...he has some 'splainin' to do!

I want to hear how all of them feel on the mandate that government can and shall force someone to purchase something with the penalty of prison. THAT smacks of the tyranny this nation was born from!

If they rule this in favor then they will be coming for your guns under this guise...WATCH!

Then your tv programming...then your internets...it won't stop.

They have precedent and it's all predicated on that!
