You make the assertion, "It's obvious that you DO blame race (to some degree) for anything negative said towards a black person in America". That's not obvious or in any way something that could be construed by a reasonable person from what I actually said. What would actually be correct is that I attribute to some degree SOME of the negative things said about a black person in America to racism. For example, I think OJ Simpson is a murderer and pretty vile. I don't consider vast majority of negative statements about him to have any underlying basis in racism.
You go on to say, "But when you say "motivations of some" what you are clearly implying is those on these boards". That may be what you clearly take away as an implication of my statement, but that's not the case. I'm saying exactly what the words say. Race is a factor in the reactions of some people in society in general and to the extent this board has a spectrum the attitudes found in society general, I'd expect that some on this board make comments that are to some degree motivated by racism. Are you saying that there is no racism at play either in American society or on the cbid message boards at all? Like Lake Woebegone, the cbid message board is some kind of oasis of perfection where all the children are above average.
And then add this nugget, "But this caveat rings untrue, since you already floated out the innuendo that somehow race was the motivating factor. The simple act of posing the question exposes this ugly viewpoint". I posed the question it didn't expose anything. After you replied, I responded with my thoughts on the subject, and cited some non-racial factors that motivated strong negative emotions by some as well as race as one contributing factor in the reactions of some to one degree or another. If you consider that an "ugly viewpoint" then so be it. It's not an ugly viewpoint. It's a reality. It's not "my deepest, darkest little secret". If you don't think it comes into play at all, ever, by anybody, and that cbid is immune to it then I've got a bridge I'd like to sell you.

It would be awesome if you could actually read minds as you purport to do. So I've "decided to attack all injustices for them" because I have so little regard for black people? So in your mind responding to one thread on cbid is deciding to "attack all injustices"? By your reasoning, If someone sees an injustice that doesn't affect them, and they don't condone that injustice or they support someone or the group affected by the injustice then they're showing disregard for that person or group? So by that logic a person in Nazi germany hiding Jews from the authorities would be an anti-semite because they would be showing a disregard for their ability to stand up for themselves.
By your logic racism is a positive character building tool.
