i have tried to read most of the posts here, skipping the junk of course. it is sad the media is distorting so many facts and furthermore putting up incorrect information.
Rfenst, as you have more knowledge and experience, given the current known evidence/testimony, what is your legal opinion? i understand the situation as follows, feel free to correct:
Neighborhood has had 8 robberies in the past 15 months (reported by neighbor)
T was staying with his dad's fiancee in the same neighborhood as Z
T went to the gas station for a snack (talking to GF on phone)
Z was on his way to the store when he say T walking
Z called 911, tried to follow T against operators orders (T's girlfriend said she told him to run) by her account, he put his hoodie on to cover his face and ran.
Z lost T and walked back to his truck
T confronted Z, fight ensued
Z suffered broken nose from punches from T and a gash on the back of his head from having his head smashed on the sidewalk
