They are for seasoning humidors, thats it.

Not for seasoning. There isn't enough moisture in the beads for that.

I added distilled water to the goop that was in the packet and put one layer of the 84% packet skin over the top of the jar and screwed the jar ring down on it.

Its in a freezer bag and is running at about 93% humidity.

I cut that off[whip]
