Looked around forever for a piece of antique furniture that would work and one that I thought looked nice. Finally found it and after about a month I am done! The walls are spanish cedar veneer and the shelves are 3/4" spanish cedar planks, two planks biscuited together per shelf.

Yes it's empty but it's seasoning, I have plenty of cigars to fill the whole thing up! And I have already "sold" my old humi so I'm out of space again but at least it's all in the same humi.

Very nice!!! Now did you cut slits / openings in the shelving to allow humidity to flow about from one space to another?

Nope, but the front of the shelves don't go all the way to the glass there is a few inches cutout. Crappy pic so you can't really tell.

Thanks everyone.

Thanks! Cigars are being moved in everyday. Waiting for some trays and freezing a ton of cigars. In about a week she should be full.

very nice conversion. Are you going to use an electric humidifier with a fan, or beads, or?
