One sampler and a broken wrapper 1926 show up.

Some idjit left out 5 of my samplers! Including the 5 maduros and 5 armadas that shoulda showed up! And then, having left out 80% of my order, he just chucks a 1926 in a bag and lest it sit on top - totally unprotected!

I AM PISSED. SOME PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HANDLE SHIPPING JOBS.

So here's the question - with the attached photos sent in (which demonstrate 5 more samplers couldn't have fit in the box) do you think cigarbid will treat me right? Votes? Thoughts?

A few notes for the others in here:

@the twats that talk all the trash: really? If 80%+ of your order didn't show up you wouldn't be concerned? CI and cigarbid are great historically - so who is to say they'd even believe me? My concerns in the situation were warranted. After all - it was one of the only truly great deals I've managed to get on 'bid' - having it not show up but be listed as in the box was a bit much for me. So I threw this up here and I got ahold of them and waited to see what happened: they took great care of me. I am impressed with their team. With you though? Not so much.

@drafter: 🙂 no not at all. Just a guy who likes man o war and wanted a few 'armadas' - i snaged the samplers at 36 each, call it 6 bucks a stick, including an armada, the authentico (but huge) and the ltd Maduro. Hands down my best snag on cb so far. That's why I twitched when they didn't show - all the sudden my over bidding on the 26s and the god of fires was coming home to roost.

If that result is bad for you then flame.

If you post the pic and were just talking about shipping (packaging) and letting CS fix you up then you'd have a conversation thread.

Just as outside observers..... you should handle the issue first with customer service before bitching without first seeing how they resolve it.... before you bitch and moan, try for a resolution first. Then you can post to how they helped or didn't help...

I also wouldn't be on here braging that I paid $6 a piece for MOWs, even if they where the LE Perfectos. AJ must be laughing all the way to the bank. We take the same tobacco, roll it in a perfecto shape, slap an LE label on it, and folks will line up all day to pay triple.
