Judges don't bring up charges, prosecutors do. The judge's role is to run the court room. In the Z case, the current judge will be taking himself off the case because of improper comments he made at Z's recent re-bail hearing.

At this point, I don't give any credibility to #9's allegation. Not saying it didn't happen. just saying that just because she alleged it doesn't make it true. There is so much blood in the water already, look for that to be investigated too in the coming months. At this point, I think it is best for Z to request his pre-trial motion to dismiss hearing. The longer he waits, the more crap could be brought forward.
