Chick-Fil-A was served at the Last Supper. Judas complained the whole time and just had a salad.

the last supper must not have been on a Sunday.... although I suppose they could have warmed it up in the microwave.

We were actually just talking about CFA after practice yeterday.

The funny thing is, lots of people (gay and straight) think CFA is tasty. And the general consensus among our mixed group was that prior to this CEO opening his big mouth it was "ok" to go there. We all knew they were funneling money to anti-gay groups, but the food was tasty. Once this dumb-#ss opened his mouth, a bunch of absolute jack-#sses decided that it was a "statement" to eat at CFA. Now (among my group) the general feeling is that if someone were to see you go in, it'd be akin to being caught walking into the KKK offices.

It isn't CFA's statements or their policy or their money. It's the #ssholes who are intentionally going to try to make a statement regarding how they feel about gays that's really giving CFA a bad name.

Vic,
It wasn't the CEO's comments. It was the Mayors (over)reaction.
And how did you know the owner of CFA was "funneling" money to "anti-gay groups"?
It's called a charitable donation. "funneling" sounds like something illegal. Or gay. Or both.
But really? How did you know this?
Do you follow the charitable donation for all fast food chains, or do you have an insider at the anti-gay charities?

But I agree 100% about the "statement" thingy.
It's like driving a Prius. I think they now come equipped with the Obama sticker already attached.
