Yep! It's got the HEMI in it and it runs great!


The more I drive it, the better I like it.
Very comfortable to ride in and handles great.

Yeah, it's a really hot looking car. If it were still the boom years for me I might have one. Already have a driveway FULL of cars right now and can't justify another toy. And that's all it would be for me as I REALLY couldn't justify it as a daily driver with my 150 mile a day round trip commute. That hemi is way too thirsty for that.

Yeah, when gas hit three bucks a gallon the daily driver V8 found itself on a dealer's lot quickly.

Nice looking ride!!! I kinda been partial to the Mustang Cobra Fords personally but this is one good looking car! Back in the day (if I can remember back that far) I used to have a '69 charger with the 440/6 pack and put a custom Allison inline racing trans in it. It would hit 120 pretty dang quick for cars back in those days. HeII, now a suped up Honda will do 120.

As I got a little older (and made a little more money) is grabbed on to a '72 911S. Liked the car and liked the ride, even at 160 mps. Did that twice and it scared the chit outta me!

Drafter, when you go looking, check out the Chevy Cruze for an economical car. Mines getting 36 to 44 mpg, depending on the road and how I drive. Very quiet for a small car also. I got the ECO model, (1.4 turbo w. 6 speed manual trans). That's why the milage is so good. Not a small car fan generally but I drive about 36,000 miles a year and my 1 ton ford deisel was hurt'in the pocketbook.
