I don't get youtube at work. Howver, I think I found the correct video via my phone...and still couldn't get it to play. 😣 Anyway, if it's "would a republican nominate Jesus?" Let's ask you, Rick, a dyed in the wool, liberal democrat, would you nominate Jesus? I know it's a bit of a stretch to ask, but let's assume for a second you actually believed in Jesus. Or if it makes it any easier, based on what you've heard/learned in your life about the person of Jesus, would you nominate him? Would he measure up to a person such as Obama? You know he (Jesus) might be considered a community organizer also, well, scratch that...he actually created division. So, maybe in that sense, Obama is trying to live like Jesus...in some wierd, twisted way. 🤔 Although, I'm not sure the ending to Obama's story has as happy an ending.

Jesus transcended politics and avoided the topic whenever possible. He even ran away when the local populace was going to "make him king by force". To my knowledge the only openly political statement that he made during His ministry was regarding taxation (and that he did begrudgingly in response to a direct question) and that was the infamous "render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's."

So Rick...then youve read the book and decided for yourself what is and is not true...

then it would be a safe assumption that you have also done that with the Jewish teachings as well...

So then, which of the Jewish teachings do you believe to be not true (ie...a Myth)...
