Back to the OP. I heard that the Republicans used their now perfected (New Orleans was a test) weather machine to suppress the heavy NE liberal vote. Blasted puppy dog kick'n Republicans.

Seriously, what if there was an event that would/could tilt the election-let's say a storm like Sandy striking other day or two before Election day? Should we and if so, by what means would we delay the election?
