After reading people's posts in this forum for years, I'm not surprised.

Essentially 1/4 of people asked will give an opinion on a non-existent act.
About 39% will give an opinion on an existing act.

This means that of the 39%, probably only 14% actually even know it really exists. The other 25% are just giving whatever stupid opinion pops into their head.

I heard the first one lets us shoot people we suspect of being illegal, lowers the tax rate for the "job creators" to 0%, AND makes Christian prayer COMPULSORY in schools. That's the one I'm for.
