If it is a "hose job", they sprayed down the entire street. The building looks like it is blocking the wind from the light post. Therefore, not as much ice on the light post.

It's a "hose job" all right. A Mother Nature hose job. We've been getting hosed in Michigan, too. Average daily high 20 degrees below normal.
