Does anyone here collect coins? Or anything for that matter? I've always collected anything Black Labrador related like all the Franklin Mint Labrador plates, statue's, paintings, and even found a tapestry that hangs on my wall. I've just recently started buying silver bars and rounds and that led me to the U.S. Mint and their America the Beautiful 5oz silver collectors coins. I wasn't really looking to get into coin collecting I was just buying silver but I really like these coins. So does anyone else out there collect anything?

Have purchased the silver annual mint sets, American Eagle, and most Commemorative over the last half-dozen years. Also have a few uncut sheets of currency before the design changes. And sheets of stamps occasionally. Don't have any of it graded. Numi is the one to ask about all that.

Loved coins as a kid and collected uncirculated and proof sets. Dabbled in stamps but nothing like coins. Eventually got into music and records (...yeah, those black shiny things...) and they became my next obsession. Stupidly sold off some of my coin sets...sigh...then in the '80s started to buy the gold dollar and half dollar proof sets, more for my kids than myself. But, that passion stopped when more and more CDs came out and I jumped back into collecting music and replaced my vinyl with discs. Then discovered the word of bit torrents in 2004 and downloading and burning CDs for friends became my thing. Now it's cigars. Sheesh! Too much Gemini in me to stick to one thing.

I collect cd's and records. I currently have around 3500 cd's.

For records, I stick almost exclusively to lp's, but I do have a stash of 45's. I currently have around 1200 pieces of vinyl.

I also collect music in general. I have cassettes, 8 track tapes and electronic formats like mp3's.

I also collect turntables. This collection is small, as I only keep decent ones. The lower end ones, I move out to other people who express interest in vinyl but have no turntable.

I also collect vintage stereo equipment. Amps, receivers, cassette decks, tuners, whatever. Have a couple of systems.

I also collect vintage cowboy boots. Don't have a ton of these, but I am working on it.

I also collect Adidas shoes. Have around 40 pairs and am always looking for more.

I collect vintage mechanics tools. I started with the brands I found in my grandfathers tool box that I inherited after he passed away. Indestro and Duro Chrome, with some Powr Kraft, Barcalo, Plomb and SK thrown in for fun.

I sort of collect vintage paperback books, mostly sci fi but also James Bond and hardboiled detective stuff too.

I collect pipes. Have around 30 so far. Mostly go for older GBD pipes in classic shapes, but have Comoy, Dunhill, Peterson and others.

I collect tinned pipe tobacco too. Have around a hundred tins in my cellar.

Would collect guns if I could afford them. Have a small collection of mostly in use pieces. Have my great grandfathers Model 97 Winchester shotgun. Made in 1904. Still hunt with it each grouse season. Also have a Nazi stamped Walther P38 made in 1943 in Czechoslowakia. Grandpa got if off of a dead German in WWII. He refused to go into details of how the German ended up dead.

That is pretty much all that I collect, though I am always looking for something new to hoard.
