Now we are getting into the realm true awfulness.
I submit Mrs. Miller's rendition of "Downtown".
It brings me back to the carefree days of my youth....

(runner-up: "My Pal Foot Foot" by The Shaggs. What it lacks in production value it makes up for in atonal dissonance. It is, quite frankly, in a class of it's own.)

BTW- both of these gems were committed to vinyl by artists with a vision. They weren't doing it for a goof or dreams of big $$$. They truly believed in themselves.
