Well, the use of chemical weapons by the Assad regime has already been documented and proven. There is no debate about whether or not it happened.
The issue is that the world's superpowers, who have condemned such actions and threatened sanctions should it occur, are currently sitting on their hands doing nothing.
Meanwhile, in Aleppo, there are hospitals and orphanages being specifically targeted for bombing, 12-year-olds being raped and murdered and left to rot in the street, and something like a 5000% increase in birth defects resulting from exposure to depleted Uranium rounds used by UN and western forces.
