I grilled five 24oz ribeyes yesterday (and corn, potatoes) for my wife's side of the family. Today was my day to relax. Dad made kafta shishkebabs with hummus and fatoush for everyone. Mmmmmm

It's worth noting on a national holiday, despite anyone's personal interpretation of it's meaning, that families that can extend the culture they brought with them to America still do so. Great menu, you're fortunate.

BTW, I'm gonna make your kafta in the near future.
