Most of the cotton is ready to pick but there are a few blooms left on the plants. After I pick it I'll post a picture of the pile it made.

that does surprise me that the roundup ready cotton grew some fiber/flowers. Did you try spraying some roundup on a few plants???

I should take a pic. Now that the late summer heat kicked in some of the cotton in hte big field next to the creek is over 6' tall!!!! Blossoms top to bottom.

But there's a few strips near the road that have already "bolled out" and are barely 4' tall.

This was planted in early MAy, though, and chemically sprayed. That is still putting on blossoms, it went into autoflower mode, most likely, because of the season, or perhaps it's the hybrid, but you have my curiosity up, now. I'm gonna do a bit of experimenting with some of the seeds from the harvest this year.

Could try it on one plant, just soak a paper towel in roundup solution and rub it on one plant
