Laid low on Friday the 13th with some cedar plank salmon.
Prayers and best wishes for all those in eastern CO effected by the floods.

Looks like my dinner Sunday... I didn't do the cedar tho.. 🤔

also had some bacon wrapped fillets.... 😟

I have never tried cedar for salmon, but we really like alder wood planked salmon.
