I just had another encounter with CBid's customer service and all I can say is WOW! These guys are great.

I had a problem with the Carmen's Sampler pack that I purchased. The sticks were damaged beyond smokable and the quality of the sticks were bad.

Mike took it upon himself to hand-pick a selection from the 'bin' and send me an excellent selection of sticks worth 2-3 times what I paid for the sampler pack.

CBid has always immediately taken care of any problem that I have had in a quick and professional manner. Other companies could learn alot about customer service from this group.

Yeh...........Except all the matches are going to Robby now! Damn if I haven't use my supply and the other night had to rub two damn sticks together for half-hour to light a cigar!!!! Hadn't got a box of matches in last six shipments. Need to email him and find out how he pulled it off!

They stopped using packing peanuts and simply use matches. It's a little embracing...
