I placed an order/won a bid on 8/22. Order didn't ship because the card wouldn't authorize.....

Realizing my mistake, I contacted CB and updated my new address (billing and shipping) so not only would the package ship, but that it would ship to the correct address.

Guess what? CB shipped it to the wrong address and says it's "not our problem, we did nothing wrong". I've approached this in a professional and courteous manner but to try and get me to pay for return shipping and shipping back out to me is not acceptable.

I've spent 2-300 over the past year with them, but obviously they care more about 5$ for a UPS label than correcting a shipping error on their part.

Site is nice and they have great prices.....but the customer service is non-existent. I hate to file a charge-back, but merchandise not received with the invoice on CB website showing the correct shipping address and the tracking number showing it was shipped somewhere else is pretty cut and dry.

UNHAPPY.

Lol I've spent that on OLH and B&Ms in the past week. I'm sure others dwarf me as well.

I have one.

Cracker, Don't come on here bashing OUR Customer Reps for your mistake. Of all the problems that have happened on orders they have always found a solution to satisfy the customers. BESIDES, you are picking on our family members, don't do it. They take care of us, scold us, and if needed, put us in time out but all in all we are a family.

LOL! 200- 300 is perfectly fine. Take it easy on the new guy.

Not everybody gets a green check from Uncle Sam or lives in a spacious basement rented from the folks like some of us.

Hey, Red. Why don't you take it up with CI's customer directly when you're less upset? They are very reasonable. Besides, it sounds as though you're partly to blame for the confusion by changing the address at the last minute. Can't you recover the cigars from there & call it a day?

While I understand why you are upset, chalk up the paltry shipping charge as a lesson learned to keep your shipping and credit card information up to date here and other places where you are buying goods and receiving shipments.

More to this than meets the eye. You may want to eat a slice of humble pie and call them back. At the end of the day though something smells a little fishy. And as spending 2 or 3 C notes here over the past year. That's less than most regular's weekly order so I wouldn't thump your chest so much Tarzan, you're barely a featherweight.

Whew! Thanks for reminding me to update my CC info here before my weekly, lost the card and forgot to update the info here. But CS e-mailed me to see what was up with last weeks order. I called them back and gave them my new info, correctly, and the stuff got here on time. True story!
